(Of Counsel) graduated from the University of Michigan and from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was a member of the Board of Editors of the University of Chicago Law Review. He has extensive experience in representing newspaper publishers, both generally and in the purchase and sale of newspapers. He has served as an arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers. He was Chairman of the Legal Aid Committee of the Chicago Bar Association for several years and served on the Board of the Legal Assistance Foundation of Chicago. His areas of concentration include corporate mergers and acquisitions, securities class actions and antitrust litigation.
